Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3- 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) due to products being made to order. 
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order. Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
